Apparent Insurance is a car insurance provider tailored to parents, offering flexible plans designed to meet the needs of diverse family types while simplifying insurance for busy parents.
For this project, I redesigned the Apparent Insurance customer journey to align with their refreshed brand identity. Unlike the more traditional aesthetic of the Elephant brand, Apparent's branding embraces a playful and whimsical tone, which I incorporated throughout the user journey. The redesign ensured a cohesive experience that not only resonated with their target audience but also reinforced their approachable and family-focused ethos.
